Terms and Agreements, Cancellation Policy, Booking Terms

Cancellation Fee 

100% Cancellation Fee for clients who cancels within 24 hours of departure time (no refund). A 50% Cancellation Fee will be charged to guests cancelling within 48 hours of scheduled departure time (50% refund). Full refund for guests cancelling more than 48 hours of the tour departure time.

Only applies to public cruises; clients who cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time will be billed a 100% cancellation fee with no refund. For guests that cancel within 48 hours before their scheduled departure time, there is a 50% cancellation fee (with a 50% money back). When clients cancel 48 hours or more before the specified departure time, they receive a full refund.

* Only applies to public cruises; under no circumstances will guests who miss showing up for their booked cruise earn a refund. Arriving after the ship has left doesn’t result in a refund.

Please keep in mind that San Pedro Catamaran Tours retains the right, based on the total number of travellers booked on a tour, to choose which of its vessels, will conduct the tour or tours.

Applies to Public Cruises Only: San Pedro Catamaran Tours will give a full reimbursement if any excursion is cancelled due to inadequate reservations, mechanical failure, or severe weather (hurricane or tropical storm). Considering we are in the tropics and the weather may be somewhat erratic, San Pedro Catamaran Tours is not postponing due to a rainy day, rainy forecasting, or windy forecast.

Limited applies to private charters. San Pedro Catamaran Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, including mechanical failure or severe weather, such as Cyclones or Tropical Extreme weather. The possibility to reschedule will be offered to you (credit is given for some time of 1 year).

****By Booking and Paying for a Cruise with Sea Rider Tours, despite payment gateway, including other online booking engine or source, including our office, ALL Clients acknowledge and agree that their reservation documents act as an electronic signature. And that you Agree to ALL Terms. Travelers furthermore concur that San Pedro Catamaran Tours are not liable for any miscommunication or non-existing communication, by either party, due to not receiving a response or email reply due to email hardships, email ending up in Spam, email server issues, or any other obstructing channels.
